At the end of the day we vote with our pocket books and our families. Are we better off? That is Obama's problem.

Lets see, many lost there homes, others are upside down in their loans, and inflation has yet to show itself, and as Indy pointed out, huseins energy taxes have yet to hit the pocketbook.

Yep, he's in deep shit come 2012.

The only thing saving the Kenyan right now is the fact that things actually were pretty ugly when he took office. And so far he's received the FDR treatment in the MSM -- he can play with fire all he wants, and as long as he doesn't burn the place down, he'll get the Smokey the Bear Award.

If the message gets out to enough people that the Kenyan is really screwing things up -- and we are very much part of the effort to get this message out -- even the MSM will turn on him to save themselves. If he can be made to own enough of the stagnancy he has put into place, he'll lose because even now, stagnancy is failure in the US.

@ T~  The fact that a barrel of oil increased drastically around Sept or Oct prior to the Nov 2008 election and Bush's TARP occurred too along that same time, really caused the electorate to sour and vote against Repubs. They took a chance on an unknown named Hussein Obama. Today, he is no longer an unknown except for his life history prior to becoming a Senator... (He has paid 2 to 3 million to keep his past a secret for some mysterious reason.)

Negatives will come out about Obama; I expect it by 2011. The only problem.... I am a little concerned with who is in charge of The House Oversight... Darrell Issa. I was reading about him on Wikipedia.... He seems possibly shady so I am keeping my fingers crossed that he will do his job to investigate Obama. There are some skeletons hidden in Obozo's closet waiting to be made known. These skeletons will doom him, I do believe. IF that doesnt work, I dont see the economy booming between now and 12 so he has two major reasons to worry about reelection, imo.

Last but not least, he is truly incompetent as President of the United States. I have noticed when something terrible occurs, he is very slow to respond. This is telling on him. A leader can move fast during a crisis and say and do the right things to put out fires. It is difficult for him to seize upon a crisis to prove his abilities as a leader.

@Kay...

I agree with much of what you say, and well said too! I would recommend caution when it comes to Wikipedia, and I speak as a long-time contributor to that site. There is a strong liberal bias there, a very definite slant in editorial policy. Wikipedia is one of the very best places to START, but I don't recommend that you FINISH there.
