The president argued  that "the more left-leaning media outlets recognize that compromise is not a dirty word"    and that party leaders, including Senate Majority Harry Reid and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, are "willing to buck the more absolutist-wing elements in our party to try to get stuff done

It's really becoming difficult to read this stuff without throwing up.

If he's concerned with urban crime, they need to start locking up the criminals and throwing away the key.

I just got around to reading excerpts from this interview. So he says that media outlets like Rush and Fox news need to be curbed but the other news agencies on the left are fine because they are not against compromise.  What kind of and how many pills do you have to swallow to say something so idiotic.  Hopefully even the dems wake up to where this guy wants to take the country.  Even when the court said what he did was unconstitutional they did not get upset with the decision, they just denied that the court was correct and will ignore it.

The libs swallow it whole without gagging and believe every word. I think I may need counseling in the next 4 years if things keep going like this!

We all know that the dem definition of compromise is, "do it my way". I hope the pubs don't compromise at all on gun control. I would really like to see Harry Reid push this legislation in the Senate. Then the liar in chief would see exactly where many of his party stand on this issue.

The longer Oblamer, Reid and Pelosi and the MSM talk gun control the less time folks will talk of say the Trillions in debt we are in, the unemployment that is stagnant and the only jobs being created are min. wage jobs because companies are cutting hours of others to avoid Obamacare and so on!

Think that might be a big part of it as Strange says.  Pick a fight on any topic that is sure to be divisive and go on and on about it until people get tired of it, then pick another topic.  I think one more thing they probably like is that they can drag the tea party into the discussion.   For every issue it is either GWB fault or the tea party. 

I do not know how many members of the congress are aligned with the tea party but they all should be very proud because it seems that they pull all the strings.
