Am I Still a Racist?
By Eileen F. Toplansky
To see the emptiness of liberal/Democrat logic, try the following at the next dinner party.

If I vote for Ben Carson, am I still guilty of being a racist, considering the way you hurled that accusation at me when I told you that Obama was a very bad choice because of his ideology and his acquaintances?
<snip>
If you insist that the federal government fund Planned Parenthood even after the uncovering of  illegal sales of aborted body parts, I am confused.  Wasn't Obamacare supposed to provide universal coverage for all Americans?  Why, then, does the federal government need to continue funding Planned Parenthood?

Billy's bayonet

Face it, if you are a conservative or have any conservative values at all you are a racist in the eyes of these sick twisted people. If you are non white then you are a "betrayer' and the white man's dog.

Good read..

Just guilty of trying  to appease the mob. It's the same mindset that motivated millions to vote for Obama when anybody could have understood who the man was.

MSNBC says George Wallace is a Republican...

He was a Democrat until he left the governorship, then became an American Independent.

Wiki calls American Independent a far right party.

Party (AIP) is a far right political party of the United States that was established in 1967 by Bill Shearer and his wife, Eileen Shearer of California. It is most notable for its nomination of former Governor George Wallace of Alabama, who carried five states in the 1968 presidential election running on a segregationist platform against Richard M. Nixon and Hubert H. Humphrey.
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

Source/s, please?

Just a few thoughts. The founder of the Republican-Democrat Party ( Democratic Party ) was Thomas Jefferson, undoubtedly one of our finest Founders, ( not our very best, but one of the finest ) as well as, in my opinion, our finest President.

What eventually became the current Republican Party was the Federalists, who became Whigs, with a lot of members of the Free Soil Party and a goodly number of Forty-Eighters, nee European Marxists uprisers that immigrated to the US to escape punishment for their crimes in Europe. Many became high muckkety mucks in the PUB Party and quite a number became high ranking officers within the Union Army. Racism was a way of life within the continental USA whether by Yankees or Southerners.

The Emancipation Proclamation was a political gambit designed to hopefully stir the Blacks into an uprising against the South. To my knowledge it was basically like an executive order and no one had to 'vote' on it. Another thought- when Lincoln was re-elected, Karl Marx on behalf of the working men in the world, sent Lincoln a congratulatory letter commending him.

The Warren Court, composed of nine liberals and completely ignoring precedent and using 'modern authority' for it decision, created law on May 17, 1954 with its decision in Brown vs Board of Education. On May 16, Segregation, having been upheld by SCOTUS for 60 to 70 years , was legal. On May 17, it was struck down. What changed?

When Ike invaded Arkansas, it was an unconstitutional act.

As a note, the same Republican Congress that gave us the Thirteenth, Fourteenth, and Fifteenth Amendments, also segregated the schools in Washington DC.

Just a few thoughts from an Old Curmudgeon that happens to be a firm believer in the US as a republic, which includes States Rights Authority with the power to nullify unconstitutional federal law.

Media driven institutional propaganda is the glue that holds the Democrat cult together. Anybody can modify wiki. I used to go there all the time and add to Bill Clinton's profile that he was the Great Masturbator In Chief and the Great Child Molester In Chief. They would erase it as fast as they could...

There are SO many examples on my list of deeply institutionalized racism by the Democrat party. Any ONE of which would sink the Republican party instantly. I have to kindly and respectfully ask, please Google the sources. If I were to include them it would fill up the entire page. The research is solid. If you find any factual errors please let me know and I'll be glad to correct them.

Anyway, the most common excuse I get from the Crat Cult is "Yeah but then they all switched!" I always ask, name me three prominent Democrats who switched in 1964 from Dem to Repub or the other way around. None can name three. Of the 21 Democratic senators who opposed the 1964 act, only one would ever change parties. Nor did the segregationist constituencies that elected these Democrats throw them out in favor of Republicans: The remaining 20 continued to be elected as Democrats or were replaced by Democrats.

And it's not just in the upper ranks of politicians either, because if the parties had in some meaningful way flipped on civil rights, one would expect that to show up in the electoral results in the years following the Democrats' 1964 "about-face" on the issue.

Nothing of the sort happened!

And consider the logic of the left arguing that southern white racist hillbilly rednecks were just racing to the Republican party, which always stood for what it stood for - freedom (especially from black slavery) with its founding credo being - FREEING BLACK SLAVES. Yep, that's a hillbilly redneck rallying cry if I ever heard one.

Sir we are a fact driven board.  When you posts facts and some one ask you to back them up, that becomes your responsibility.  The board works very hard to be a come to board for the truth.

And here they are. Multiple sources. In some cases links are from the library of congress, in others - us.gov, others - US archives, some are wikis and even though anyone can modify them, they do hold records of votes, others are the NYTimes, there are many more sources, none are right leaning sites.

I shouldn't need to provide a source for a youtube SHOWING, the irrefutable racism I claim lies deep in the Democrat party in their own words, recorded and stamped forever with their own hatred and racism.

These links have been around since @ 2006. Some of them are similar on other sites because some of them I posted. Some have evolved and have been added to and changed somewhat, but much of them have been on the internet for nearly 10 years and have never been proven false, other than the ubiquitous "Yeah, but then they all switched" reply.

Again, it is my claim the Democrat party is the institutionalized party of segregation, anti semitism, racism, and hatred. So now it's the turn of anyone who feels my claims below are not true to provide sources and links disproving each declaration.

Apologies for it being REALLY long. It wasn't meant to be confrontational in any way.  I welcomed Shooter's request, as it shows the man is a solid thinker who I respect immensely.

As I noted on the long post, for years I posted some of those similar lists out there, though I gleaned much of it from an article @ 2008 I saw.

The reason for posting everything is that it WILL come up in debates with other Democrats so please, copy and paste into your notes and save the links. A great program I use is called Evernote.

Links are there for everyone's reference. Some links contain photos of very old records showing the information. Some links have to searched a little deeper for the proof they represent, but it is all there, to the best of my knowledge.
