I think All Felonies should be Life Sentences.

Especially sex offenders!  Here is what makes absolutely no sense about how our society handles sex offenders.  If sex offenders are so dangerous that they need to be put on a registry then why aren't they given automatic life sentences?   This sex offender registry is the most idiotic and stupidest thing ever invented.  Give them automatic life!!!!

There should a no-tolerance on certain crimes, and limited strikes on other crimes.

If they purposely kill someone (includes gun going off during a robbery a.k.a. using the gun for negative purposes), it should be the death penalty. If someone uses a gun to save a life (and the criminal gets killed), the person should not be arrested.

If an inmate kills another inmate, it should be the death penalty. Prison should be for those who have committed a crime, are serving their punishment, and are getting rehabilitated (not as a permanent housing for people who don't belong on this Earth).

Let's start with that.
