I would say that Schiff-ty is colluding with the Russians against POTUS. Is it possibly illegal? Maybe treason - working to bring down the leader of our nation? Should this guy be in Congress? Or sitting next to Al Franken(stein)? Certainly not on any committee objectively (?) evaluating Trump collusion with Russia during the election.

It is probably not illegal. Just as what Mueller is supposedly investigating about Trump colluding with Russians. Is this an oversight by congress or another example of the deep state protecting itself?

WOULD have been illegal if Don Jr. had gotten it from the Russian gal and used it to affect the US election.

Probably not illegal for Schiff to actually get the info today, with no election in play. He's just muckraking / investigating now, doesn't matter who the target individual is. If he's traced back to the other whole criminal enterprise, then probably guilt for that.

It is illegal for a Member of the US Govt or Congress to have contact with AGENTS of a Foreign power or the Govt of a Foreign power without going thru proper channels and NOTIFYING THE FBI.....if Schiffhead didn;t make the proper notifications it is technically ESPOINAGE. However, these two idiots weren't representatives of any foreign Govt, just a couple of clowns playing a prank.

Under Military tribunal's, the jury is military officers who've studied the actual Constitution, have in depth knowledge. much like many of the members on this forum.
If anyone is found not guilty, it will be because they were innocent, not due to a technicality.
If it were me that was ever arrested for anything, I would love to be tried by people of this caliber, knowing they're actually following the law.
