I find this an interesting comparison:

- The Pubs, on the other hand, have a pretty good idea that HiLIARy and BO were breaking the law. But they didn't get ahead of themselves. For HiLIARy, they had easy proof since she was privately storing classified information, but the BO DOJ told the FBI not to prosecute (based on Page's testimony). And the Pubs have not called for special investigations of BO. If they turn up evidence (yes,real evidence) that BO was breaking the law, then they will indict. That's more like how it is supposed to be done. Although, I'll say, that if BO is found to be breaking the law, he'll become a martyr with those who worshiped him and the lunacy will continue.

It's such obvious, damning evidence of how the Dims operate. If it fits their objective, it's presumption of guilt; guilty until proven innocent ... and then they will still figure something out to make sure you are guilty.

There is no middle ground with the Dims - they are a treasonous enemy of our Republic. BO showed how they are parasites sucking the life out of the American freedom in contrast to how Trump is building true industry and respect back into our country that had been given away. The Dims are lemmings that are told what to do and threatened if they don't fall into line. It's only a matter of time until we separate in some manner. They need to go live in their socialist cesspool for awhile so that their own people will learn the truth and will then turn against their socialist leaders and return to the ideas that make this country work so well.

That's pretty much it in a nutshell, and why they tried so hard to remove him from office. They were certain they had it all locked up under Clinton, but Trump still won, and panic set in.
Now it comes down to individuals in the DNC facing serious prison time, they know the party is done for and they don't care, that's why they are now running on pure hate for everything America stands for, from antisemitism, Infanticide, racial division, to trying to outright ban weapons by repealing the 2nd.

If they were interested in saving the party, they'd have pretended to be Libertarians and used our arguments against us, but they no longer care, they need to destroy the country, that has been their main objective from the start.

What common behavior/trait did they share???.........Why all were self-taught!!!
Institutional learning w/credentials/degrees, a relatively modern fad,

Those self-taught were endowed w/self-discipline, responsibility, courage,
perseverance, work and honor; virtues that guided them to positive achievement

I'm not 100% with you. I agree, there are still some areas that can be discovered independent of the body of available knowledge - with that I agree. But it's much more difficult than using the body of knowledge to grow from. The problem is how the knowledge is grown and force-fed into the students. There needs to be a revival in learning - a total reset on expectations and how it is fed to the students. Of course, the students also have to be honest - that is a major problem.

There's nothing wrong with using the knowledge of others to understand previous thought and to decide, for yourself, what to assert and what to reject. Also to use existing ideas to test your own knowledge and beliefs, e.g., when you come upon something of interest, don't read the support - come up with your own then compare to the support others bring. It's an efficient way to grow and to get to the edge of knowledge in any field. But at some point, the brightest start to think beyond the edge and contribute to the growth of wisdom and knowledge.

The best formal learning challenges you to go off the tried path. For example, I had a math professor who gave a take-home test to be worked with no other help but the class text. He placed an open problem (unsolved in all of the field) in the set. I actually thought I had solved it, but turns out that I made a simplifying assumption that gave a specific result - not the general result. The point is, formal learning can aid in real growth if it is formed well and the learner doesn't cheat himself (try to just look up answers). But at some point you have to go off-road. What most people think of as breakthrough is just incremental from what is taught - if even that. New knowledge is actually discovered in some fields - but is rare that any in the mainstream are part of it.

And I certainly agree that anyone that thinks themselves or their group the greatest have lost touch with reality.

My assertion being quite simple, is hardly complicated or obscure.

The vast majority in universities are simply passing time till their ticket is punched
