I find it difficult to fathom the reasoning of anyones surprise at the "Man Child" failing at anything. As he has continously forged head first into a series of convoluted legislative exercises of Mass Sado Masochism, resulting in the closest the U.S. has been to financial ruin in a long long time.
The frightening part of it all is the fact that failing the Country into Bankrupcy, is exactly what he had intended to do.
