Great video. Part of what we are experiencing in this country is the very failed policy of LBJ's "Great Society" which in essence has brought turmoil to the black population, entrapped the poor and is wiping out the middle class all the while empowering the overreach of our elected officials.

It's got to become a big centerpiece of 2014 & 2016, or it just doesn't matter.

Folks like us can watch it all day long, 24/7/365.........and Elizabeth Warren will do the spirit dance right into the WH, probably with Bill Ayers as her VP.

Now get the Koches or Clint/Woods/Moriarty to do something with it.......

I'm not so sure that Wigwam Warren is going to draw the vote that's needed to capture the WH ... she's another Obama and given the turmoil this country is I just don't see her as a viable candidate ... unless Hillary chooses not to run, then I look for her to make an attempt, but I don't see liberals being drawn to her ... progressives yes.

IF the GOP captures the Senate and there comes about some positive change, the Dems are going to have a hard time...especially if the scandals surrounding Clinton/Holder/Obama come crashing down.

She's another Obama.....who won in 2012 as the WPE for 2009-2012.

No more assumptions, "of course", "it's obvious", and all that other happy horseshit.

Either we do the groundwork, or we look again like the idiots that we were in 2012.

Cheaters, liars, and thieves just love the righteous, "correct", and "deserving".......easy pickings as they lay around basking in their goodness.

"Marquis de Queensbury" chump vs. crotch kicker / eye gouger / biter......who wins in this scenario ?  Not the "good guy", I promise.

I hear what you are saying but in the midst of the scandals, WW III and ISIS; in my humble opinion, the country is "uncomfortable" with the direction that we are heading and I'm not so sure that they will cast a vote to continue this course.  Warren would certainly ensure that.

The scandals / investigations are nowhere as of today.

Obama's furtive support for all radical muslims that will create the caliphate..........not even a blip on the public consciousness.

Warren will get her own TV show / miniseries just like Hillary, if she gets the nomination.  And the 40-50% moochers / anarchists / communists for Obama will roll right into her column.

If you think the American fabric is somehow on our side, without a huge campaign of our own, you and everyone else who says the same......is delivering yet another stunning loss to us.

I'm still holding a very slim glimmer of hope. Remember that Holder just resigned and there is a strong possibility that it was because of the investigation into the Fast n' Furious and I don't see that going away anytime soon; especially if the GOP manages to secure both Houses.

Right now, IMO everything hinges on securing the Senate. Candidates are waiting in the wings to see what happens.  It will be much easier for Cruz, Paul, Perry, etc., to get support if we've already secured the Senate. I think we both know that if we don't take the Senate things will continue to deteriorate.  We will have lost every threat of leverage that we had.  At that point, the Obama administration will continue to "transform" America as they so please.

Should we win the mid-terms and we are able to make some headway (which is going to be very difficult with the turmoil in the Middle East and ISIS in house), I think we have a much better shot at winning the oval office then we did in 2012.

Yes, that's a lot of "IF's" and yes, TEA is in for a huge uphill battle; but it is one that we have to win.

I don't disagree that some things could break just right for us, like the investigations and the utter nastiness of Clinton / Warren / etc.

I just prefer a robust, proactive approach that will make our own future.....not just hoping that things are quietly, magically working out the way we need them to.

Yes yes yes, what I call the "Government plantation". That's what LBJ among others, gave us. Aren't they so grand, enslavement by another means. Which I a citizen recipient of certain Federal programs, such as Medicare for example call it.

What else can you call it when the Federal Government presumes to tell you, that you can't even go to the store you choose to go too, to buy your medication or medical device?

Enslavement is enslavement, whether those chains be economic, legal, or actual chains.

There's an old saying that goes sort of like this, feed a man you feed him for a day, teach him to fish for himself though, and you feed them for life.

THAT is most def, not what our "great society" has given us in this nation though now is it?
One of every five Americans you meet has a mental illness of some sort. Many, many, of our veteran's suffer from mental illness like PTSD now also. Help if ya can. :) http://www.projectsemicolon.org/share-your-story.html
And no you won't find my "story" there. They don't allow science fiction. :)

I did not mean in any way that I was expecting things to quietly and magically work out.  That's not going to happen, especially with Obama at the helm who is the most corrupt president we have ever had.  There is so much corruption on both sides of the fence and how the voters can't see it is beyond my comprehension.

The November elections are just a little over a month a way.  I hope and pray that this country makes it to see that election and I will feel a little more optimistic if we manage to take the Senate and retain the House.

I see that TEA is just beginning to fight and we cannot assume that if we take the Senate that things are going to change; we need to demand and insist that they change.

Things will not change much when the GOP becomes the majority in the Senate as Obama will still be in the WH. However, having both chambers of Congress will mean budgets can be passed. Then it will be Obama who shuts down the government by vetoing the bills passed. It will not be pretty, but it will be a start.

It is looking better for the Senate as I saw a story where Joni Ernst now has a six point lead in Iowa. That was unexpected by the dems. I am hopeful there are some other positive surprises out there.
