Scott Walker is the New Obama in the sense that Obama was the new young fresh face on the scene with a clean slate. Of course with Obama that was because the media refused to vet him. They have been digging into Walker's past for months and have found nothing.
The Democrats saw in Obama a man who could finally pull the country to the left. The Conservatives seem to be coalescing around Walker as the man who will actually govern like the center right country we are.

Difference is that Obama 2008 was a blank (reflective) slate thanks to the corrupt and partisan MSM. To this day, that tool hasn't been properly vetted, but I know what subjects Walker took in the sixth grade.

The left is revving up their "Walker's UNQUALIFIED!" rhetoric, always a good sign. They really want Jeb but I hope they fail there, too.

What I'd like to see...What would really be good for our Party and for the country...is....
every other Republican candidate, from RINO to Conservative...gets out early and very emphatically endorses and works hard to elect our candidate.....and it's begining to look like it very well may be Scott Walker!  If we "come together" in a great Kumbya moment, the media will be dumbfounded and the Democrats won't know what tired old tric k to pull out of their bag of shit!

What I am more interested in is the 11Th commandment! Our candidates should concentrate their campaigns on attacking the Democrats and moving forward with A conservative agenda. They need to avoid negative campaigning against other republicans in the primary. Run on the issues and what they stand for.
Too many times in the past our candidate comes out of the primary wounded to run against the real opposition!

I'm still on the sidelines, not only with Walker, but the entire pack, though I still favor Cruz.
With that said, if Walker is the nominee, I'd be fine with that, he's proven his worth, but it's still a long way till the elections and a lot can happen between now and then.
It also depends on who they pick as a running mate, say a Palin, Mark Levin, West being my favored choice.

Well I am the same way. Cruz has been the guy but Walker has a track record. Regardless the GOP has a lineup never seen before. The Democrats have one old liberal and maybe 2 other old liberals. The GOP has Cruz, Paul, Walker, Perry, Rubio and Christie. Not to mention the back bench. And that is just this next election cycle.
The Democrats are a very expensive and hard to get a table restaurant. A place where sniveling liberals with their trendy androgynous haircuts, metro sexual cologne and hipster glasses are considered superior to even God. Meanwhile we are that really great all you can eat buffet in Chinatown.

Exactly! That's been my point all along. The Marxist Dims are out of the running, they haven't an ice cubes chance in Hell.
But what image does the GOP paint as inevitable? A Jeb Hitlery playoff.

Point is, and as you pointed out, the field is crowded with Conservatives, and for the first time since Reagan, we don't have to settle for a wimpy rino, we can actually vote our values and ignore what the money brokers want us to put in office.
