One thing I notice about Cruz, he has a knack for making the biased interviewer look like an idiot.  For example, the Dana Bash interview where she was trying to make Cruz look silly, while in turn, he was making her look silly by telling her he's following the law.  This interview, the interviewer during the Clinton email segment, tried to make him look like a hypocrite for sending emails out on personal email, while he kept making the point that it isn't illegal for him to do that, but is for Secretary of State.

This is going to be good.

The law makes things so inconvenient for liberals.

I find his position on "gay marriage" and his support of DOMA to be ill informed at best, hypocritical at worst.

Senator Cruz is married. As such he enjoys certain benefits afforded to him by the Federal Government.

Which then, because of DOMA denies the same benefits to other citizens based upon their GENDER.

That, my friends, like it or not is a violation of our law, and our Constitution which is clear. Regardless or race, or gender, you can't be denied access to something that the Federal Government affords to citizens.

The government in this instance is picking and choosing who gets to enjoy these rights, and who doesn't. When our Constitution is clear as day, if it affords a benefit to one citizen is must afford that same benefit or "right" to ALL citizens.

Which is why the Federal Government needs to get out of the issue all together.
