Joe Lieberman would have been a better candidate, at least he would have been straight down the middle and not one to divide the country like we now see.  The only thing I do dislike about him is he also signed onto that indefinite detention crap, but then all those idiots did.  I guess the best bet would be Jeb Bush for 2016, if I'm alive I would go with him.

Sorry to burst your bubble, old man, but Lieberman is a Liberal through and through. The only reason he had to run as an Independent was because he dared to oppose his Democrat Masters on the matter of his support for "W"'s so-called War on Terror.

We have a liberal already, for another long 4 years, Joe would in no way be as bad as what we have now, the country would not be ready to go to war with one another, and on an even keel.  I feel sure he wouldn't be attacking the constitution or religion like we see from this imposter we now have.  So if I had a choice between the two it would be him, you can't have everything in life and sometimes have to take the best you can.  The worst choices for candidates for two straight cycles now, if it weren't for destroying our military I would be a libertarian, I can't go along with sit and wait for another sneak attack, which would surely come at some point in time.  I'll always think conservative but like everyone else we know, only a handful of people are running the establishment and that has to come to an end soon.  Nothing is going to be done this four years, it will just drag on and on until the next election and we'll get plowed again because we haven't given the illegals the keys to the cities.  The future is not very bright, and don't call me old man again, it's disrespectful.

Are you an old man? I know damned well and good I am and I surely am not or don't feel disrespected to be called such.

First, my view on Lieberman vs Obama is the same as my view on Romney vs  Obama - The lesser of two Evils is still Evil.

Second, I certainly meant no disrespect. In fact, it was meant in a spirit of camaraderie along the lines of "old buddy" or "old chum".

Finally, I will refer to you in whatever way I feel you deserve to be referred to. I rarely, if ever, stoop to insults, however, you can be sure that if I do insult you, you've earned it.

If I ever call you junior (or jr) then, and only then, are you being "dissed"!

My feelings on insults.
We live in a country where half the Nation are complete fuckin idiots and in power.
So if I insult someone, there is a good chance that I insulted a lib that runs on emotion and lacks the sense to know I was speaking the truth.
Is that an insult?
