Wow, who would have thought????

In a straw poll for the BBC, 95% think multiculturalism is a failure.

I would have to agree with them for the USA as well.  We don't have to all be the same, but there are certain things we all need to have in common - like the language and an AMERICAN culture.  Other cultures can ADD to it, but cannot be substituted for it.  If people block themselves into enclaves, they stay OUT of the culture.

Britain allowed this, now they are paying the price for its easy immigration.

I'm surprised the British are this aware, thought they still bought the "diversity is strength" bullshit lock, stock and barrel.

It's too the point that it's not assimilation, it's balkanization. Whoops!

Yes, a lesson to be learned from Britain, but those with their heads in the sand (namely liberal progressives) will always scream multiculturalism is what made this country.  What they are missing is the fact that those that immigrated years ago to this country also assimilated to our culture which is a far cry from what is happening now with illegal immigrants.

Better late than never. I am afraid it will take a significant attack on the US before anything serious is done about these heathens.

A significant attack on the US happened on 9/11; Bush responded.  Liberal progressives and the liberal media refuse to recognize that Obama and cronies were dead wrong in withdrawing our troops in the region.  They also refuse to recognize that we have a president with a Muslim background, the Muslim Brotherhood has infiltrated our Congress and aren't alarmed by a president who stated that he doesn't have a plan yet.  Really?  Seems to me his "plan" is working quite well.

Well, the brits DID finally come around, nearly too late with Hitler....so this is par for the course.  It's about 5 years past due, so it must be right on time for them.

Of course they did stab Churchill in the back immediately after he saved their sorry asses, but what else do you expect from sorry ass progressive socialists.

Yes, that is the BIG difference.  They were happy and appreciative to be here instead of whatever hellhole they came from.

Disgusts me that it's been allowed to happen.  Learn the language, you idiots.

Not happening; if you think it's possible....you're insane.

They aren't here to take advantage of a better govt than their own shithole.

They're here to drag down our govt and country to their shithole, to theirs.

They still love to fuck with America, and make it worse than the dogshit place they come form.

They aren't her to make things better....they're here to fuck with us.

Yes, and you have to be willing to dish it right back at them!  Agreed, it is one thing to bitch and quite another to be willing to try to do something about it.  I guess it all depends on what you are or aren't willing to do and most certainly never give up.

And the current people in power are just letting it happen.  I am not saying it wasn't going on before, but it has accelerated greatly.

They will bring us down to third world status if it isn't stopped soon.
