So basically if pence does his job the states with contested elections cannot have their electors counted either way, none get to 270, it goes to house delegations, trump wins.

Run that by me again. The tweets don't explain it well and all of the actual Congressional information I've seen doesn't make me believe that those tweets are correct

Re read them, they are pretty self explanatory. I have no doubt that your source of info is fake news as usual.

Oh, so you're just a dumbass. I get it. That random tweet is more in line with the Congressional rules than the Congressional rulebook itself.

Nah. You really are an idiot. You're choosing to believe a random tweet over the information from Congress' actual website.

Well ask yourself logically, which one has more credibility? Of course, according to history, almost anything has more credibility than congress, even a rock. 'Official' sources are usually bad sources. Thats why you are usually so uninformed or misinformed. You listen to historically unreliable sources of information.

Besides, the tweet passes the critical thinking test better.
Consider, since both sets of electors are equally valid, and congress will not able to agree or decide which to accept, then logically they both must be discarded since both sets of electors are equal. Thus if thrown out, neither gets to 270 and it goes to house delegation and trump wins.

Are you referring to the congressional record?
