I know this doesn't really belong here, but this guy terrorized my neighborhood when I lived in Sac. The area know to locals as Little Italy, where he started his spree of rapes and later, murders.
They busted him In Citrus Heights, about 56 miles from where most oif his rapes took place.
Locals call the area Syphilis Heights because it the former home of McClennan Air Force base.

Forty years and it was DNA that sealed his death slip. They didn't actually have his DNA on file, but they suspected him of several murders, so they staked him out and snagged some DNA, probably off of a coffee cup or tissue, but they finally were able to match him up to more than 50 crimes, from rape to murder.

Murder will always out. Too bad this scum will probably die before trial.
