The dumb-asses laughing in the background are probably too simple to associate 'Chicago' with the city's tradition of Democrat vote-fraud.  I'll bet they don't even know for sure, what the dumb-ass at the microphone is talking about.

I'm pretty sure his handlers see to it that only the faithful appear in the background. The Kenyan is hardly unique in that respect, though it may be a tougher bill to fill with him.
