The subject line of the email read "Phase one domestic contacts/ projects" and contained a list of Who's Who in Washington, DC. Another email, this time from Jim Biden, outlines a "hit list" of influencers in government the Bidens planned to exploit for financial gain.
The email, unrelated to the damning information found of Hunter Biden's laptop that proved his father, Joe Biden, to be less than truthful about his son's influence schemes, shared a list of "key domestic contacts for phase one target projects."

Included in this list were Democrat vice presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY), New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D), New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D), and former DNC chairman and Virginia Gov. Terry McCauliffe (D), among others.

The "key contacts" listed in the memo outlining associations for Biden family business venture projects included:
