Granted, this is not representative of all black culture mostly found in the city, but this isn't city.

QuoteTeens who recorded, mocked drowning disabled man charged for their involvement\

A group of teens who recorded and mocked a disabled man as he drowned in Florida last week have been formally charged for their role in his death, authorities said on Friday.
The charges against the five teenagers who recorded and made fun of Jamal Dunn, 31, as he drowned in a pond on July 7, were not detailed in a press conference, News 13 reported.
But Cocoa Police Chief Michael Cantaloupe said there's no law requiring people to report to officials that someone is dying. After someone has died, however, people are required to contact authorities, he said.
Police are currently in the process of filing paperwork to the state's attorney's office, Cantaloupe said.

At first,  I thought this was staged because no one in their right mind would ever willingly let someone die, let alone laugh at them while they scream for help, but to film it as well? Deplorable.

I always thought sociopaths were freaks of nature, never thought there was enough in a single city to make more than a couple, but seeing this many together? I mean this in all honesty, I'll never look at another black teen the same way ever again.
And they wonder why they're treated differently, why people cross the street to avoid them.
