#1 How'd he get from there to there?
#2 Because he ran, the police was still in the truck – cause he was like over the truck
{crosstalk}
#2 But him and the police was both in the truck, then he ran – the police got out and ran after him
{crosstalk}
#2 Then the next thing I know he doubled back toward him cus - the police had his gun drawn already on him –
#1. Oh, the police got his gun
#2 The police kept dumpin on him, and I'm thinking the police kept missing – he like – be like – but he kept coming toward him
{crosstalk}
#2 Police fired shots – the next thing I know – the police was missing
#1 The Police?
#2 The Police shot him
#1 Police?
#2 The next thing I know ... I'm thinking ... the dude started running ... (garbled something about "he took it from him")

This is terribly important because if Mike Brown had been shot, and he advanced towards the cop instead of surrendering, it would substantiate the narrative that the policeman shot in self-defense due to the fact that he was being threatened with severe bodily harm.
This corroborates an account of the event given by a friend of Officer Darren Wilson:

Well, then Michael takes off and gets to be about 35 feet away. And, Darren's first protocol is to pursue. So, he stands up and yells, "Freeze!" Michael and his friend turn around. And Michael taunts him... And then all the sudden he just started bumrushing him. He just started coming at him full speed. And, so he just started shooting. And, he just kept coming. And, so he really thinks he was on something."

I saw this and the video and this is a much different account from the one we've been hearing about how Brown was "executed" by the officer. Now from what I've read, either 2 or 3 autopsies will be done on Brown; is this customary? Or is there information on the first autopsy that the family didn't agree with? Were all the shots fired at his front, suggesting he was facing the officer rather than fleeing? Could there have been a drug in Brown's system that might explain confronting an armed officer if this indeed happened? Who knows, and I hope we discover the truth soon before more damage is done.

Well, is anyone really surprised, except the usual suspects?  The legal system will sort it our EXCEPT when (not if) Obama and Holder get into this and we're forced to accept mob rule.  What embarrasses me, are those who otherwise see the world clearly, but when these incidents pop up, suddenly, emotion trumps reason and they justify rioting and mob rule because they believe the black man can't get "justice" (meaning an outcome THEY want).

NO! Obama/Holder want a case they can build against the white man.

A good point being made (that I saw in the comments on that article i think) that I can't believe I never realized was that there are no visible entrance wounds on Brown's back suggesting he was not shot from behind. Granted we don't get a good, full look of his back but I don't see any blood whatsoever on his back.

There will be no transparency from b o or Holder on this.
Let see you now have the state police, the FBI, the Governor and now b o and holder.  What could go wrong.   :glare:

The family can have their own doctor perform any number of autopsies they can afford but in the US nationwide the ruling of the coroner is the one that GOES TO THE GRAND JURY, now they can muddy the waters at trial or a civil "wrongful death" suit which it sounds like they are geting ready t do here.

Somethjing else I can tell you is when an officer fires multiple shots "from the front" it has a tendancy to move the body around and thats why one often sees wounds in the side from 'follow up' shots.

No, it is not customary to do multiple autopsies.  This case is all about getting a certain result.  A medical examiner could ask for help if he felt he needed a consultation.  This is about people injecting themselves into it.

You will sometimes see defense attorneys ask for others to review an autopsy and testify at a trial.  The cause of death is clear here.  The trajectory of the bullet wounds is the all important issue.  Was he shot in the back or front?  How far away, etc.?  The toxicology report will be important too, but thse take longer.

All the hand wringing about how long the body stayed in the street is ridiculous.  The investigators needed that time to take many photos, measurements, collect bullets, etc before moving anything.  If they had quickly done anything, they would raise hell about a cover up or rushed investigation.

Exactly like Algore in 2000. A recount until he gets the result HE wants. That's what scares me about Obama/Holder.  They need a white scalp to inspire their base (and some think this isn't Political"?)
