What the hell is wrong with California

The great state of California wants to make it where felons not only can vote but serve on juries too. Are they trying to make crime legal.....

I don't get but some things I do get like....doing away with the criminal box on job apps. That can be discussed in the job interview where maybe there is a chance to gain favor in the interview. I even get it about restoring voting privileges after finishing your sentence, parole, and or probation but I have a hard time with a felon sitting on a jury. Can a convicted armed robber be objective as a juror on an armed robbery case...?

Also,...California laws allow prisoners that are in prison to have in their possession marijuana. Now they can't smoke it or eat it but they can possess it.

Am I reading this stuff correct or do I need to stop lighting up while reading articles about California.....
