A Washington Post employee was arrested last month and charged with impersonating an Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent following an FBI raid, court documents show.
Itai Ozderman, 35, is accused of impersonating an ICE officer throughout Falls Church, Va., on more than one occasion, according to Montgomery County District Court documents.
Police say that he sported a bulletproof vest bearing the ICE logo and, when the FBI entered his home in Maryland bearing a search warrant, they discovered 10 weapons, including two M4-style assault rifles and a shotgun. They also found body armor and tactical vests.

I wonder how many illegals he deported before he was caught?
Federal prison bound.
There is the possibility that the Post put him up to it in order to get "the Story" on Trumps new Immigration policy, cast in a negative light of course. If so I hope the entire Staff from the editor and publisher on down is held responsible and indicted.
What if he claims it was a Halloween costume,
or some sort of "performance art"?
It seems to me that, to be charged with impersonating an officer,
the suspect would have to do more than just dress like an officer.
He would also have to try to carry out some official act
as if he was an officer.

It seems Montgomery County Police were the ones who filed a complaint with the FBI, leading to the raid and arrest.
QuoteAn "investigation determined that Itai Ozderman was impersonating a federal law enforcement officer and a local law enforcement [officer] in the Falls Church, Va., area," Montgomery police wrote in court papers. "Ozderman was seen wearing a ballistic vest with an 'ICE' placard across the front of his chest. ICE stands for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. . . . Ozderman was also seen with a Baltimore County Police badge. It was also reported that Ozderman was enforcing or attempting to enforce criminal laws."
Looks like the dude is in a bit o' trouble here.....
