Video - citizens arrest car thief

A news crew was on their way to cover an Earth Day celebration
when they happened to arrive upon and record this incident:

A young woman's car was stolen this morning,
so a friend took her out to look for it.

They found it going down Gettysburg Ave.
The thief crashed it into a guardrail
and tried to hide in a pond.

After being flushed out, he started walking away.
Citizens apprehended him (at the 1:40 mark in the video).

(That overpass in the background at the 1 minute mark is U.S. 35.)

It turns out that the guy is a suspect in another car theft, too.
