Title: TX law to outlaw masturbation
Post by: quiller on March 14, 2017, 02:59:08 AM
A Texas lawmaker decided state law leans too heavily against women and has introduced a bill that would fine men for masturbating and also require an unnecessary rectal exam in order to acquire Viagra.

Quote
Farrar's bill penalizes masturbatory emissions outside a vagina or a medical facility, describing them as "an act against an unborn child" that fails to preserve "the sanctity of life."

Fines collected under the measure would be funneled to the Department of Family and Protective Services for the care of children.

The lawmaker proposes that the state keep a registry of private hospitals and organizations that counsel men to stay "fully abstinent," offer physicians to supervise masturbation and store semen for future conception.

First off, you can't say you're in favor of diverting fines to care for children, while simultaneously demanding the right to abort a child. The hypocrisy is simply too much.

Second: the part in red. Offer physicians? From what, some sort of duty roster, or on-call list? Who drives where to be supervised? How much mileage will be reimbursed? Is there a meal voucher for longer journeys?

Abortion is considered health care? Since when is the termination of life considered caring?

"Farrar's proposed legislation, filed last week, calls on the Department of State Health Services to explain the rules in an illustrated booklet titled "A Man's Right to Know."
Sound familiar? The Houston Democrat's bill is a satirical version of a Texas law passed in 2011 that requires women to have a sonogram and hear a detailed description of the fetus before getting an abortion. Those rules are outlined in a booklet produced by the state called "A Woman's Right to Know."
"A lot of people find the bill funny," Farrar told the Houston Chronicle. "What's not funny are the obstacles that Texas women face every day, that were placed there by legislatures making it very difficult for them to access health care."

There it is folks, the left sees the willful killing of a child as "health care".

If Texas is going to outlaw masturbation, then why not outlaw homosexual sex activity, too, that results in orgasms?

You presume so much from so many MALE Texas legislators. I have been to Texas. They still have real men there. And as the old ballad goes, "They Can't Take That Away from Me."

The bill is as likely to pass as Saturn exploding (at precisely 2302 hours GMT on Saturday).

Celibacy isn't that bad. Definitely better than propagating her species.

That actually surprises me.  Her proposed law
sounds like something a religious extremist would propose.

Democrats tend to make proposals like the one
Bill Clinton's  Surgeon General Jocelyn Elders made -
that masturbation should be taught in school!

Jay Leno joked about that one, saying,
"We're going to have parents saying,
'Johnny!  Stop doing your homework!' "

That's what liberalism is, extreme religious belief.
