Nearly at a loss for words - this has got to stop, and attempting to blame the mother!

The most helpless among us, rely on us to protect them and give a little compassion, some sense of peace - in return these same kids are the most joyful individuals I've ever met.  A joy from the heart, as if it has never known sin.

What kind of people beat the disabled?!
