Michael Cohen is willing to speak with Special Counsel Robert Mueller about a "conspiracy to collude" with Russia during the 2016 presidential campaign, his lawyer said on Tuesday night.
Cohen — who pleaded guilty earlier on Tuesday to helping President Trump pay hush money to two women — wants to tell Mueller that Trump knew of an infamous 2016 meeting at Trump Tower and the Russian hacking of Democratic institutions before they took place, Lanny Davis told MSNBC.

I can't say I remember ever reading the NY Post before, but I doubt I'll ever take them seriously in the future.

I heard Lanny Davis on FNC this morning and he confirmed he is still just a Clinton hack. His interview was not about Cohen as much as trying to tie Trump to Russian collusion. If one listened closely to him it was full of "if" and "possibility" statements about the collusion. He was followed by Jonathan Turley who reminded us that Cohen does carry a lot of credibility right now. The left is beside themselves this morning thinking Trump is in real trouble. Haven't we seen this picture show before?

I can only figure that mueller never did intead to charge cohen and just wants cohen to compose a story in order to feed the LSM.

And the only reason i can figure he would do that is because he, like all the left, honestly believes that getting a political headline out of cohen will help win the midterms.

Because then mueller could do whatever the hell he wanted.

I wonder if anyone has read the actual court document listing Cohen's eight counts?

I did.

1-5 are "evasion of assessment of income tax liability"

6 is "false statements to a bank"

7 is "causing an unlawful corporate contribution" (listing a bunch of allegations and actually using the word allegations)

8 is "excessive campaign contribution" (listing a bunch of allegations and actually using the word allegations)

I see a guy (Cohen) pleading to a deal where no crimes have been committed!

Pleading to crimes which were allegedly committed!

Getting Cohen to plead guilty to things that were probably NOT criminal, in order to have a story that Trump ordered him to do something criminal.


Davis is spouting opinionated crap for gullible Trump haters and they are lapping it up.

I can see it now.
