You just can't make this crap up. These weak gangsters are all powerful when they prey on the weak or when they out-number the people they commit crimes against. When the playing field is leveled out they cry the game isn't fair.

Actually if you think about it you are not far off. They probably know how weak we have become on crime. Those animals are above the law in their third world countries and we have become just as weak thanks to the left.

Personally, I love the Chinese use of caning in publiic.
He probably is suffering, that means he is likely the only MS 13 gangster locked up in that particular facility, the other gangsters are likely kicking his ass daily or plotting to kill him. Understand: GANGS RULE THE PRISONS and to some extent the Jails, they are VERY territorial. You don't come in their "territory" showing your colors, which in this case is likely MS-13 Tats all over his face and the rest of his body, thats an insult and a challenge.
Hopefully, someone will shank him in the kidneys with one of those homemade knives from a plastic tooth brush and he'll die a slow painful death.

My position on crime is any person who intentionally murders someone needs to die, period. That includes if an inmate murders another inmate, the first inmate needs to die. Since the average MS-13 has murdered someone, they need to die.
Jail should be for structure punishment and rehabilitation. How can you do that safely with murderers on the loose.
And, when is government going to grow a set of balls and use the Rico Act to go after these gangs?

Real good question. 2nd real good question, why are we putting up with a government that is not doing its job. Estimates show in gang areas they commit 80% of crime. My personal opinion is its the courts holding up enforcement. law enforcement know who the members are, hell even 4 year olds can tell you who is a gang member just by looking at them. I never understood why this country is so quick to jail non violent offenders, and let the gang members who are a threat to society run free. Could it be the people running the prisons are more interested in profit? Theres always a $ trail for why something does not work.
