Good point, she'd trash any house she moved into, too damn fat so she can't do required maintenance like get on a ladder and clean gutters, paint, all she could do is cook greasy food on a stove and maybe start a house fire.

I've seen this a thousand times, the Govt built all these nice public housing projects in Potomac Gardens & Barry Farms, etc and within a year they are trashed,shitting in a bath tub, holes punched in the walls, window broke out. "Renovate" the place and the next batch trashes it again.

Exactly! The same thing happened in South Sacramento, where the govt forced builders to build every third home under the 235 housing act back in the 60s. Thanks a lot LBJ, you rotten racist bastard!
What was once a beautiful suburb for middle class income families, quickly degenerated into Sactos' new slum, houses boarded up, and not because they were vacated, but to keep from being broken into time after time.
Proof that people need to earn a home, not steal taxpayer money with no sweat equity to "Feel" they actually own it and want an investment.
