Do miss Crazy Hippie and his wonderful wife.  Nyte_bird is posting yet, but not that much he cut way back.  I only see ProudVet posting about 2 or 3 times a year is all.  Did not know Gravelpit that well as I and the good wife were out doing walk-about 6 to 9 months a year around that time for about 7 years.  Darwinist I am sure is resting in hell.

Fizzion and I used to argue obscure points of Constitutional law, and it wasn't until long after I'd won the opening rounds that I found she was studying to become a lawyer. I think she found up working for the feds in the St. Antonio area, and if so I hope to see her become a star in her field. Then there were the other ladies (some of whom still show up here and other at Lamont's).

I still can't recall him. Looking at this, however, does raise points on how the left has changed its tactics while remaining the four-star snivelers they are today. It isn't the right howling to curtail free speech, and the closing of the American collegiate mind is appalling in how thoroughly it's being carried out on college campuses today.

Zip was the one that tried to prove his version of hydraulics to me regarding water pressure and and how the PSI is higher at the 100' depth mark in the ocean, than 100' depth in a lake, because the ocean has more water.

I don't think any ex-LNFer would disagree that there were some fairly bizarre people wandering through that particular menagerie. Cliques splinter. Wedges drive (or are steamrolled) in. Forums die. Others are born.
