Title: Outrage Over Alleged Russian Hacking
Post by: supsalemgr on December 12, 2016, 04:03:23 AM
I must admit I am amused at the left's outrage over the alleged hacking by Russia in an attempt to affect our election. Is anyone really surprised Putin would be up to this kind of mischief? The left, including McCain and Lindsay Graham, are besides themselves. Actually the democrats are just trying to distract from Hillary being a terrible candidate. Rush's theorem that democrats are fun when they are out of power is being proven correct again.

So Hillary getting foreign money was not an attempt to affect our election.  The thing the MSM will do to make news.

Russia wants their oil-profits to stay low, eh?

And they want their population to continue being fascinated by the wide array of candidates in American Presidential-elections.

Who'd have believed it.

I believe you can throw in that the left is trying to make it seem as if trump got the win thru illegal means and is therefor not the real or the people's president.

Prior to Nov. 8: assumption Clinton is going to win.
Trump: "It's rigged."
Progs: "Silly Cons, can't admit they are losers.

After Nov. 8: Trump won.
Trump: "I won!"
Progs: "It was rigged!"

My post was based on a compilation of comments I heard yesterday. However, here is a link of John Bolton commenting on these allegations on FNC.

President-elect Donald Trump on Monday cast doubt on the secret CIA assessment that concluded Russia intervened in the U.S. presidential election to help him win the White House.

"Can you imagine if the election results were the opposite and WE tried to play the Russia/CIA card," Trump tweeted Monday.

"It would be called conspiracy theory!"

I know this is OT, but Iraq was under control, they were adapting to a new form of govt, and all Obozo had to do was keep the status quo.
Hmmm, maybe the Russians were tired of Dims fucking up the M/E and did help Trump?

I personally think Hussein allowed China to hack us and reap a whole bunch of intel from us.  This cyber warfare is a real issue nowadays, and Hussein did stuff like allow Hillary use a private email server.  I really do believe Hussein's job was to leave the door unlocked so the bad guys could come in during the middle of the night.

No doubt about it!
Even the libs are starting to figure that out, one of the reasons Trump got so many lib votes.
Lib Millennial may be stupid, but thet don't hate the US as much as the dim party thought they did.

Actually they have plenty to do with each other: for one thing both involve hacking. Second of all, how can you not be able to find hacking in one, yet claim hacking in the other?

The progs are desperate to paint Trump's administration as illegitimate in any way and every way they can. Plan on at least four years of whining about the popular vote, hacking, electoral college injustice, and the size of various body parts.  It's been 16 years and they still haven't gotten over Gore's loss to Dubya.

I am overwhelmed by all the concern about Russia from the democrats and RINO's like McCain, Graham and Rubio. where have they been for the last eight years?
Not all that surprising is it though?
Dims in search of a scapegoat, throwing anything at the wall that might stick, anything to draw attention away from the real issue, that the Nation Hates Marxist DimocRATS!
Trump this, Puttin that, hacked emails, contesting vote counts, and nothing outside of Stein splitting the leftist support for hillary had anything to do with it, yeah, the commie Bimbet did more damage to hillary in the end than anything else they can create out of thin air.
And even if Stein's base went to Clinton, she'd still have lost.

Yeah, at this point the Dims are only embarrassing themselves further.

The fact that 'Pubs made a good showing in down-ballot elections across the nations supports your conclusion that people are, in general, sick and tired of the socialist encroachment on our society. I will not debate that point at all.

But, I do wonder if we would be looking at another 4-8 years of demoncrap leadership in the WH if the dims had gathered the brains to run someone who is somewhat more likeable than a dose of the clap? Where I work there are a lot of registered democrats, and I heard more than one say they didn't like Clinton in the slightest, with a couple of them saying they did not plan to vote for her.

I do strongly believe if anyone but Trump had the 'Pub nomination to run against Clinton, there would be no talk of a difference between the popular vote and the College. Had the 'Pubs fielded a more widely likeable, strong candidate, and put them up against Shrillery, the Electoral map would look more like Reagan v Mondale.

I was base it on trumps own words and no one elses..
if so show me where...or challenge me to prove it..
fact is I have proven it over and over by posting videos of trump himself.

as far as changing the subject,...well the subject has no meaning...by no matter who hacked who or why it changes nothing ...unless you are now saying we are buddy buddy with russia??

You aren't getting it.  Wondering if Russians are trying to hack into our government and companies is like wondering if 19 year old boys are trying to get laid.  Definitively saying Trump has a connection to Russia to hack into the US and throw the election is like saying there's a connection between a girl's choice in shoes and why the teenage boys are trying to bang her.

By the way, Russia, next time you throw an election by hacking, make it a little more of a blowout.  If Dems voted with Hillary like they voted Dem on the down ticket in PA, and if she didn't lose a ton of Cuban votes (she could have picked off 120k Cubans if she was stronger against Castro and maybe denounced his support - Trump got ~54% or so) in Florida, then your entire hacking plan would have gone down in flames.  Try a little harder next time.

The issue is the hypocricy of Libs that Russia had an effect while they have been asleep at the wheel.  We have Muzzies deep in the WH, classified material floating everywhere on Gmail and elsewhere, and on and on, and NOW they wonder why it could have happened?

My question now is why did Hillary get so many votes?  I'm starting to think they hacked the system to put her ahead.

As a Businessman, Trump see's Russia as 'consumers', nothing more....and what does Russia consume the most?....Yup...OIL. Putting Tillerson in the SOS slot is a shrewd move, Tillerson as an Exxon CEO is up on the Geopolitics of oil and those countries impacted worldwide. Better we deal with the world from a standpoint of trade, which we could easily dominate, rather than be on a war footing.

Suppose the game plan is to get Russia to buy OUR oil (cheaper) than Iran's oil, such a move would hit Iran in the piggy bank...no more money for Nukes, no more money to Hamas, no more money to terrorists, etc etc.

Putin has to know that his relationship with Iran is a treacherous one, he has to know that one day those people are going to turn on him....maybe he is looking for a way 'out'

BUT, Hillary would be easier to control and manipulate than trump.

No doubt, and the GOP/RNC knew it and still did their best to kill off Cruz, who would have repeated Reagan's 1980 sweep.
As to running an 'other than clinton', they couldn't, they didn't have anyone qualified or the least bit likeable.
It was Leon Panetta that admitted that TEA had decimated (I'm pretty sure), literally kneecapped the Dim party during two historic midterm weeps taking more than 1000 Legislative seats in 2010 alone, and severing their artery feeding the party of new blood.
They literally admitted they had no fresh faces to bring forth to the party, all they have left are aging Marxists with no appeal.

Dealing with a major foreign superpower for the benefit of our Country is not "private business", Promoting our economy, domestic job growth, international trade and signing into law those rules regs and congressional bills impacting such matters is indeed part of the Presidents job....or should be. Likewise redacting rules, regs and prohibitive laws like those promoting the global warming agenda (Obamao and crowd) should be as well.

I'm not under the illusion that President Trump is a free market purist.  In theory, it should be moot if he can make happen what he says, but I'm not bailing simply because he's not a purist.  In reality, any President who isn't against income taxes, minimum wage, and unions isn't a free-market purist.  Therefore, I won't clutch my pearls when he barks at companies for moving away and trying to get them to stay.

That "threatening," as you call it, is a common practice in government and business. Why do you think there are seat belt laws? Because the auto industry said it won't build factories in any state that didn't have seat belt laws.

Obama is known for using the tactic, do it my way or we'll cut your funds.

For example, if you followed the constitution as you claim, you would accept that the people have spoken and not be calling followers of Trump Trump humpers. (An expression liberals use, by the way.)

Seriously, it's your behavior that says more about you than anything I post.
I believe you took it as literal, when in fact it was part jest in an attempt to get you to look in the mirror.
Go back and reread this thread and see if you can justify your emotional outburst to the comments being made.
No one attacked you or Beck, it was you overreacting.

http://freebeacon.com/national-security/report-dnc-ignored-fbi-warnings-regarding-russian-cyber-attack/

QuoteThe Democratic National Committee brushed aside warnings from the FBI that its computer network had been breached by hackers linked to the Russian government, according to a New York Times investigative report.

The Time's examination of the election-related cyber attacks, compiled through interviews with dozens of those targeted, found that the DNC's "series of missed signals, slow responses, and a continuing underestimation of the seriousness of the cyberattack" enabled Russia to "roam freely through" the committee's network for nearly seven months without pushback.

When the FBI attempted to alert a DNC tech-support contractor that a hacker had breached the committee's protected network, the staffer conducted a brief search of the DNC computer system logs to look for signs of intrusion. Even after the FBI continued to call over several weeks, the tech worker did little to heed the bureau's warnings. According to an internal memo, the staffer said he "had no way of differentiating the call I just received from a prank call," the Times reported.

please read back over what I said...I was responding to a coment billy made..

and yes he did get involved with carrier..first he threatened them and any other co. that wanted to move ...and then he was in the room for the deal with indiana....and then he took credit for it..
i think that counts as injecting himself in private business

and I am not bailing on the country and constitution since that is the only thing he will swear an oath to..

this is supposed to be about making america great again...not lets make a deal

Coupla points....Main one... HE"S NOT THE PRESIDENT YET.....so any "deals" don't count, not until after January 20 2017.
Second, do you think it is easy to divest ones self of a mega billion dollar plethora of businesses in such a relatively short time period? Such could take years.

Third...your inuendo that, "deals" have no place with the Executive office.....HUH?.....  yet how do we get out of such past" deals" engineered by Previous Prez's And I point specifically to NAFTA and TPTA .

Last, from the tone of your posts it sounds like you want the USA to go back into cold war mode with Russia.

How should we deal with Russia....don;t say rattle the sabre coz they will rattle right back at you, and don;t say with sanctions which DON'T WORK and just piss them off more.....the only SANE answer is Diplomacy....That and TRADE

Reluctantly returning this thread to the topic: doesn't anybody else here find it funny that our left is now concerned over Russian influence in our government? The left is concerned about Reds under or over the bed? Really?

If nothing else 2016 has shown precisely how much a party can disintegrate and show every bad aspect as it crumbles. There is nothing adult about their many and manifest examples of bad political sportsmanship. They lost. Like children they refuse to admit it and now must be punished.

Detroit voted 95% for Hillary Clinton and yet 37% of its voting precincts had ballot boxes which had to be denied under a recount law pushed through by Democrats when they were in power.

In plain English somebody stuffed the ballot boxes---incompetently. Identifying the who of who did this may be much more difficult, but in the meantime I see early reports Detroit will get some new voting machines. That much is a plus, but they were also promising new fire trucks a long time before that....

Of course, if it were a 'Pub dominated area with count issues, the Dims would be screaming bloody murder about the need for a thorough investigation and calling for people's heads to roll and be incarcerated under the jail for all eternity. And, frankly, they would be right to want a full accounting for why the vote counts do not match the ballot counts.

But since it is a Dim stronghold, not only is there no call for investigation, but there is actually a (Dim written) law forbidding a recount. Now why would they write a law which forbids a recount in a situation that calls for a recount?

Sometimes I think conservatives are too complacent - perhaps because we are so used to the corruption of the progs we just chalk it off to another typical day in prog politics. This time, though, I think something should be done. Conservatives in Detroit and across the state of Michigan should be contacting the AG calling for a full investigation and looking at the potential for criminal charges. With the numbers of precincts involved in having count discrepancies, the likely hood they were ALL due to procedural "mistakes" is practically zero. There is cheating going on at a massive scale, we have evidence with 248 precincts having too many votes registered in ONE CITY, and it will just be swept under the rug as the progs distract everyone with their "It was the Russians" BS?

QuoteEXCLUSIVE: Ex-British ambassador who is now a WikiLeaks operative claims Russia did NOT provide Clinton emails - they were handed over to him at a D.C. park by an intermediary for 'disgusted' Democratic whistleblowers

Craig Murray, former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and associate of Julian Assange, told the Dailymail.com  he flew to Washington, D.C. for emails
He claims he had a clandestine hand-off in a wooded area near American University with one of the email sources
The leakers' motivation was 'disgust at the corruption of the Clinton Foundation and the  'tilting of the primary election playing field against Bernie Sanders'
Murray says: 'The source had legal access to the information. The documents came from inside leaks, not hacks'
'Regardless of whether the Russians hacked into the DNC, the documents Wikileaks published did not come from that,' Murray insists
Murray is a controversial figure who was relieved of his post as British ambassador amid allegations of misconduct but is close to Wikileaks

who happens to be certified in several different fields and master at least a dozen areas having to do with all aspects of service for private life...ie a handyman
I have owned my own business since 1994 and have had up to 15 employees who all lost their jobs in 08 due to the failings of the dems and repubs.

I thought it was punctuation and caps that was the problem? ie typing skills.
when you use just language..''speaking ''..there are no caps or puncts , just words.

truthfully there are far bigger problems in this world than my typing which is limited to two fingers.
but I will try for you..

Are you or were you a teacher?

It's an obfuscation technique.  You intentionally don't write clearly to give yourself an out, or to provide a smokescreen, so you can always leave yourself an out.

This is a casual forum and we all make plenty of typos and grammar mistakes, but if it's not important enough for you to form a cogent post, then it isn't important enough for you to post.

then why not say that?
so far you only said that I need to cap the start of a sentence and that I used your instead of you're
oh and price instead of Price
not one time have you said anything else.

I always try and be as coherent as possible and if you dont understand please ask. I only want to be allowed to have a voice. I have been very respectful and tried to stick to the topics at hand.

I believe we are on the same side but its hard to tell sometimes

I don't think so.  It's another common technique to do just what you did -- "we're on the same side", and "we can all agree that...", but it's just 1990s trolling techniques.

If we're "on the same side", then there won't be any doubt.  Until then, just like you failed to do in your previous post, write like you graduated the 3rd grade.  It really isn't that hard.  If I see another post where you don't punctuate, capitalize proper nouns, etc., then I'm putting you in time out.  Your idiocy is one thing, but if readers and visitors can't come through and point and laugh at you because they don't want to try to figure out what you're trying to say, then you bring zero value -- intellectual or entertainment.

Actually, it's the liberals that are grammar deconstructionist. Their authors do things like write whole novels that are one, long sentence or write a whole novel without using "e"s

Meanwhile, back at the thread topic:

FBI agrees with CIA assessment that Russian hacks were intended to help Trump:
http://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-news/fbi-agrees-cia-assessment-russia-wanted-help-trump-n697066

Are these people are setting up to overturn the election? Seems their "investigation" is leaving out any information from the outfit that actually posted the Clinton campaign emails - WikiLeaks themselves. What kind of investigation ignores that?  One whose purpose is anything BUT to find facts - that's what kind.

January 20th cannot come too soon!

It's not the lack of evidence, but the seriousness of the charge/accusations.
Can't remember the Marxist that said something similar, but that's exactly what's happening here.
The allegations are too serious to ignore, doncha kno...

All this spin and hyper boil over the hacking of the DNC and Pedesta But there is one thing I haven't heard brought up! How stupid was it for him to click the link in the email and give the hacker his personal pass word?
My 15 year old Daughter wouldn't do that! We came very close to electing the witch with cronies so dumb about cyber security they would of had all our nations secrets secured by a password made from their dogs name!
A report today said they did try to get into the RNC network and the contaminated E-mail was found in the spam folder. It never made it past the firewall. Maybe before the Dim's think of running the country again they should be required to take some basic computer security courses! Trump may be right that it wasn't the Russians but some fat kid pimple faced in mommy's cellar!
One point that I am sure everyone here knows, If your Bank, credit company, google or any other password protected site sends you an official looking e-mail asking for info just go to the site ( with out hitting the link) If it is a legitimate message the info will be there also and you can do whatever changes you need to. Never, Never click the link!

This is sort of my point....even if the Russians DID hack the DNC (not the election) then whose fault is that? You people have lousy security, you have even worse security procedures. And this is the second time around for Hillary with the
insecure servers, inadequate security firewalls etc etc. ITS YOUR FAULT YOU GOT HACKED BECAUSE OF SOME $39.95 COMPUTER SECURITY PROGRAM.

Yep, he too, along with all the dims and trumpeted by the media, but it bugged me, so I looked it up.

It was Tom Foley (D) House Speaker who said: "The seriousness of the charge mandates that we investigate this." "Even though there is no evidence," he said, "the seriousness of the charge is what matters."

So, if someone were to randomly accuse Obama of selling 6-year-old "undocumented" girls and boys into sexual slavery to certain African nations, then "The seriousness of the charge mandates that we investigate this. Even though there is no evidence, the seriousness of the charge is what matters." ??

It was an IQ-test, sorta.  5 top Dem-ops and 5 top Repub-ops... and Podesta was the only test-subject to click a phishing-link in his spam-folder.

And the DNC-emails were leaked by an angry Sanders-supporter, according to Julian Assange.

Case closed.

The whole Russian tampered with the election is ridiculious.

So, what the libs are trying to tell us is that the Russians tampered with the election so Hillary won the popular vote and Trump won the electoral college.
