Big government loving New Jersey fools pays $27 million to lease a piece of land they sold for $1.

IMO it's either a scam to line the pockets of these New Jersey politicians or the government running New Jersey are just stupid people. I'll bet on the scam since the property was assessed at $10 million before the sale of $1.

Something tells me president hopeful Spartacus has his hand in this cookie jar.

Who the players are is the key. Being NJ nobody will probably raise any questions. NJ is corrupt and Newark is absolutely corrupt.
