Local Pride parade. Would like a discussion on this.

This woman is organizing a gay pride parade and stating it's the daughters idea.  She is in 7ty grade.  She is plastering her all over social media, in the news.  Has her doing speeches where she always starts with her name and that she is "gay and proud"  they raised 40K through Gofundme and selling rainbow stickers, shirts etc...this woman is also a teacher at her daughters school where she is pushing her agenda.  Passing out rainbow flags, incorporating in to her teaching etc....she has so much support.   If you dare speak out with any concerns (mostly on FB) you are called a bigot and a homophobe.  Even if it is just concern about the parade blocking your street.  I mentioned to someone that I believed the daughter can know she is gay at that age but I feel like the mother is exploiting her....of course they respond well would you rather her be ashamed of her?  It's like they go to extremes when all I meant was that maybe in high school she might become more private and not want everyone to know her business regardless of what it is....and of course they respond with....nobody should hide who they are and be proud.  Again that's not what I meant.   I do think the mother is exploiting her daughter for attention though.  Check out the links.

From a couple of your posts it is clear you are in a pool of PC leftists. You're instincts and values are correct. Do not relent. Drop these folks - you will not change them.

This what I would do. I advise you not to do it, but this what I would do. I would set up a vendors tent ago the parade route and sell tee-shirts with the slogan...."Free The Gerbils" on them.
