Judge Pirro To Return To FOX

Fox News confirmed on Thursday morning that Pirro's show would return on Saturday.

Pirro's Saturday night program, "Justice with Jeanine," was bumped for two weeks after she suggested Rep. Ilhan Omar's (D-Minn.) religious beliefs were at odds with the Constitution.

Omar is one of the first two Muslim women elected to Congress.

"Omar wears a hijab, which, according to the Quran 33:59, tells women to cover so they won't get molested," Pirro said during the opening monologue of her March 9 show. "Is her adherence to this Islamic doctrine indicative of her adherence to Sharia law, which in itself is antithetical to the United States Constitution?"

Fox News condemned Pirro's remarks and said the matter had been addressed with her internally.

"We strongly condemn Jeanine Pirro's comments about Rep. Ilhan Omar," the network said in a statement at the time. "They do not reflect those of the network and we have addressed the matter with her directly."

Trump called for Pirro's reinstatement when she was bumped.
