No wonder the democrats control Seattle. It looks like the democrats are feeling out what voting process will work best for them. It looks like this one launch got caught by a Patriot.

This is no accident.  Someone in charge of printing the ballots stumbled upon the ability to send one ballot to Thomas R Smith and another to Thomas Robert Smith, and get TWO votes for the same candidate.  I am surprised that a third ballot was not mailed to T. Robert Smith.
