Why... did this ever get to THIS level, Federal Court?

So WHY was it tossed out...?   (this ought to be a no brainer, unless you've never read the Constitution)

Maybe they were hoping for a settlement out-of-court?   The kid got his moment of "fame" - now it's over, time to return to real life in America & learn how to earn your keep like the rest of us, put your talent to honest living.  But, he's a rebel...

Well that is a lot of words from the Federal Court.  Why did they not just say it was all BS, and your not getting a dime.   By the way your paying all court costs for both sides.
