No longer?   And the call the lowering the penalty.  Holy shit the fruits are running California.

Starting January 1, it will no longer be a felony in California to knowingly expose a sexual partner to HIV with the intent of transmitting the virus. Gov. Jerry Brown signed legislation Friday that lowers the offense to a misdemeanor.

A guy decides to infect every tourist, visitor, traveler to or though California.
Every vegetable, fruit & nut exported from California is now at risk, because of some HIV infected militant...?
All animals are created equal; Some just take longer to cook.   Survival is keeping an eye on those around you...
