California city council candidate is caught dropping off his wheelchair-bound mom, 86, so she can PANHANDLE
A nonpartisan () candidate for city council in Southern California has been accused of dropping off his elderly, wheelchair-bound mother to panhandle for the last decade, even though they're not homeless.
David Chey has been caught on camera leaving Soon Chey, 86, in her wheelchair in the downtown district of Laguna Beach with a sign that reads, 'please, help me.'

The Guy is Korean? Or is it CHinese? They should nickname him "The Beggar King"
This is a time honored tradition throughout Asia, many different countries. The Beggars are well organized, some are even wealthy. They are organized under a "King" whom they elect to represent their interests. This "King" will often go to some establishments or wealthy persons and extort money from them to keep his most unclean, stinking beggars away from their impending wedding, party, funeral or grand opening. They also use children, some mothers "rent out" their children to the beggars guild.
Old habits die hard I guess.

Now we know where Jesse and Sharpton learned their shakedown tactics.
I saw something similar in Seoul Korea, but where I was stationed on the DMZ, being a small village in the north, the beggars weren't organized and the shop owners would literally kick them in the ass all the way down the street.
That's what needs to happen to this guy, kick his ass out of town and make an example of him.
