Well, I keep my browsing history locked down tight. But in this case it was safe anyway, since evidently "beta-male neck-harness" is not (yet) a recognized BDSM term.

I'll never forget the time my friend wanted to know how to build a ram pump....

I used one on my creek to pump water to the house more than 20 years ago, before the Internet, it finally gave out, so a few years back I looked into getting another just for novelty' sake.
Like your friend, I discovered a new variant, or rather description to "Hammer Effect" and "Maximum head pressure".

I dropped the idea, some images are best forgotten.

They do have some nice ones now depending on how much water you would like to move.  If you have the head water.

Glad it was you, I don't want goofle recommending some variant of male torture in youtube and ads.
"Recommended for you"
"Male bondage and ass plugs. Others that buy this item also purchase KY jelly and buttless chaps".

That's more than *I* know about it.

You must be from California.

Getting back to the point of the thread....

[sarc] There's nothing like making others suffer to win support for your cause [/sarc]

So, teachers, how many single moms lost a day of work, and money to support their families, because they couldn't find daycare due to you taking a day off?

Workers, how many of your fellow workers had to shoulder that much more work because of you absence?

I went into a McDonald's on "The Day Without Women" and it looked like an ant farm. The employees that showed were scurrying in all directions, doing the best the could to serve customers, but they were stretched so thin.
