Not sure when this happened, but I caught a few minutes of her show on CNN last night.

Wow, they've got her drinking the Kool Aid over there.  She was on Fox News for 16 years.  I recognized her, and had to laugh.

She's giving a story about some young thugs who had shot another, who was lying on the floor (maybe a convenience store).  They not only walked right over him, but one gave him a few more shots when he moved.

They then showed a few other similar incidents where no one helped an injured person.

So, then she has a "guest," a former NYPD somebody.  He says he's not surprised, and this has become cultural.  I think he may have mentioned the black community.

So, she gets all outraged at his statement.  She tries to get him to backtrack that it could be ANYONE, but he's not buying it.  He was like - no, this is how they are.

I just found it .............amusing.

I don't think Alisyn is your typical MSM parrot. I think she made a huge mistake by joining CNN. The money must be good but she now has to constantly defend CNN's bias.

When was the last time anyone quoted here CNN, outside of Daisy?

No one even gives that self proclaimed "News" fictitious network credence anymore, especially since they announced last year they were no longer going to do news, but rather "Tabloid Pieces", meaning they plan on competing with the Starr, Globe, Inquirer, only in TV format.

Oh wait, in other words, nothing will change?

I find watching a few minutes of it here and there to be EDUCATIONAL.

I don't agree with them, but I find it worthwhile to be INFORMED about what is being put out there.

I can't watch very much because it is too aggravating to me.  It's also kind of amusing to see how they have been marginalized.  If they were appealing to a wide audience, their evening programming wouldn't be non news, like most of it is.  It tells me that maybe people aren't buying their garbage, like your Don Lemon's.

I can watch MSNBC a LOT LESS.  It's a matter of SECONDS before I decide to change the channel.  I am amazed they are on the air!  Someone (the mother ship NBC?) has to be bankrolling them.

Yes, I do watch a very little bit.  Completely sticking my head in the sand doesn't work for me, though I wish it would.

Your watching the blatantly biased other stations suggests to some of us that you aren't fully concentrating on conservatism.  Heck, I can't get thru all of the reading on this forum and its sub-titles in one day-a heck of a lot of reading and a good way to keep your head outta' the sand.  IMHO

So, just WATCHING some of the blatantly biased news makes you a non-conservative?  OMG, who knew?  If anything, it might be 10 minutes a day TOTAL.  And 10 minutes would be a STRETCH.  I think it's sticking your head in the sand to ignore it all.  If I didn't hear it from their own mouths I wouldn't believe it!  I know what my values are, and just the act of watching them for a few minutes doesn't change my values.  Frankly, they scare me.

I am stunned to think that mentioning what they say makes me SUSPECT of being one of them!  That would make Rush, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Michael Savage, etc. in the same group.  They regularly refer to what the idiots say.  You HAVE to know what they are saying to counter it.

I guess this does explain some comments I get though.  I believe in knowing my enemy!

"Are you now, or have you ever been a liberal"

I once quoted the HuffPo here, because it was the first site to run the story that I could link to.  I also once quoted MSLSD (or maybe just NBC) because it ran that gay lovers shooting, but because THEY never mentioned they were gay, I spent endless posts justifying the "claim."

Good grief, you have my sympathies.  Some of the peeps here will call anyone a RINO (except Rand Paul). He has some sort of immunity.

One question, are you TEA?

I am most certainly a conservative.  I have not had the opportunity to support a TEA Party candidate, being in Illinois.

Would I?  Yes, I would.

As carlb points out, just because you quote liberal sources does NOT make one suspect!

I own this forum, and like it or not, RINO are the enemy, and anyone showing support for the establishment will most assuredly come under fire.

This is a board for Conservatives, period!
If someone wants to admit they support the establishment, fine, libs are welcome as well, it's the ones that feign Con status that get the boot.

I remember your post claiming they were gays and not posting a link to prove it, and that's why you were scrutinized, not because they were gay, rather you claimed they were yet failed to prove your claim.
That is the practice of a troll, and why Taxed took aim at you. Libs love nothing more than pretending to be a Con and post racist anti gay BS.

I know you're not a lib, your posts prove that.

Hope that clears up any confusion.
