Activist Eric Holder to Officer Wilson: It’s Not Over Until I Say It's Over

And the libs wonder why they were slaughtered in the election... :glare:

The grand jury in Ferguson, Missouri spent over three months reviewing evidence and hearing eyewitness testimony from 60 individuals, many of the black, in the shooting death of Michael Brown by Officer Darren Wilson. In the end, the 12 grand jurors, 9 white and 3 black, decided not to indict Officer Wilson in the shooting. But, that has not stopped many, including entertainers, elected officials, supporters of Michael Brown and professional race baiters Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, from crying that the decision not to indict is an injustice.

Activist Attorney General Eric Holder, the first sitting Attorney General to be held in contempt of Congress, refuses to give up and stated Monday night that, despite the grand juries decision after an exhaustive process, Officer Wilson may still face civil rights charges from the Obama regime.

Holder's "Justice" Department is still "investigating" whether George Zimmerman could be charged with violating Thug-von Martin's civil rights. It's basically a terror tactic: a perpetual "investigation" designed to keep Zimmerman and now Wilson in continual fear of being prosecuted (and also deplete their personal assets through having to retain an attorney indefinitely.

People like Zimmerman and Wilson need to sue Holder for violating their rights to be secure from double-jeopardy and their rights to a speedy trial. For Zimmerman and Wilson, if they win, it ends Holder's perpetual jeopardy faux-investigation; if they lose, the lawsuit proceeding would probably put Holder's faux-investigation on hold until well past Holder's departure from office (and maybe past BHO's).

Government persecusion based solely on race! This man will be remembered as the worst AG for sure.

DaisyJane

It is despicable to let this man twist in the wind with this hanging over his head for so long.

But, it's par for the course for the race baiters.

I don't think there would be enough evidence for any conviction.  They will just keep him hanging.

Nearly 1/2 of the Senate Republicans voted to confirm this POS as Attorney General! True, some of them are gone, but a large percentage of them are still there! Let's never forget their names!

Here in Indiana we got rid of Lugar.

What did everyone else do?

Darth Fife

We got rid of Bennett here in Utah, and nearly got rid of Hatch - but the Old Boy Party came to his rescue!

I've never seen anything like it before......quite chilling.
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but the citizens capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency.

Here in Ohio, we went from Dem Lib John Glenn to RINO George Voinovich to conservative Rob Portman -- that's progress! On the other hand, that POS Sherrod Brown won't be up again until 2018. Sorry, guys.

Any competent lawyer knows they can never bring a case against the cop.

The failure to get a true bill is prima facie reasonable doubt.

The evidentiary bar for criminal indictment is even lower than that for civil courts.

But Holder is a racist moron...
