This is a very unscientific poll, but I think it is telling about our society. Hendersonville is considered a conservative area and the overall percentage of 56% watch FNC. What is amazing to me is that The Daily Show comes in second ahead of CNN and MSNBC. To me that means almost 18% of the responders are brain dead.

I have never watched "The Daily Show."

Is it a news show?  I guess I thought it was comedy.  Or, do they combine comedy with "news?"

The Daily Show goes out on Comedy Central. Of course, it's hard to really tell much about what a cable channel actually broadcasts just by its name these days. Some fabulously misleading examples that come to mind: MTV, A&E (remember when their slogan was "time well spent?"), the History Channel. Even the Weather Channel is mostly reality shows any more.
