QuoteChancellor Angela Merkel on Tuesday condemned violent far-right protests that degenerated into attacks against foreign-looking people, saying "hate in the streets" has no place in Germany.

After the fatal stabbing of a German man, 35, allegedly by a Syrian and an Iraqi, thousands of protesters marched in the eastern city of Chemnitz for two straight days, some chasing down people they believed were immigrants.

Police reported assaults by extremists against at least three foreigners on Sunday, while investigations were opened in 10 cases of the protesters performing the illegal Hitler salute.

At least 20 people were injured on Monday as pyrotechnics and other objects were hurled by both far-right demonstrators as well as anti-fascist counter-protesters in the city.

They are not "far-right". They are an angry mob that is fed up at what is going on. Someone got stabbed for probably no reason. Now, you have this mob. The so-called Hitler salute is done to intimidate. They are not Nazi's. They are just taking to far.

If they  are far-right, what about those fascist, far left, Antifa terrorists?
With all these lawyers with cameras on the street i'm shocked we have so much crime in the world.

There is constitutional law and there is law and order. This challenge to law and order is always the start to loosing our constitutional rights.

So once again we have a case of leftists vs other leftists. Easy to see how men like hitler and stalin can take advantage and sieze power

No, I'm talking about they always automatically calling the opposition names like "alt-right" or far-right" or "extremists" yet turn a blind eye and give a free pass to Antifa in the process.

Thing is, the Far Right in Europe is not the same as the Right in the US.
In Europe, they are mostly Nazis that want a return to the old guard.
So T hunt is essentially correct, it's leftists against leftists. The LSM claimed Nazis in the US as far right, and nothing could be further from the truth, Alttright and Antiiifa are cut from the same cloth, one is Fascist, the other, socialists, both far left groups created by the left.

I see. So they are actually twice wrong. First they change nazis into extremist right wingers. Then they change extremist left wingers into moderate freedom lovers by calling them anti facists.

The web of lies runs deep and can easily confuse young people who are just learning about politics, which is why it is so important for us to set them strait.
