The following might seem superficial to some people,
but others do see significance in symbolism.
If the following persuades even a few people to do the right thing,
then this post is worth the effort.

What's in a name?
Names have meaning.
Looking up the names of a few candidates, we find the following:

http://www.spanishdict.com/translate/cruz

Cruz is the Spanish word for "cross."

Ted Cruz clearly has the best understanding of America's Christian heritage,
and how that is the foundation of EVERY blessing our country has ever enjoyed!

http://www.ancestry.com/name-origin?surname=trump

English (Devon): occupational name for a trumpeter, from Middle English trumpe 'trumpet'.
German (Bavaria): occupational name for a drummer, from Middle High German trumpe 'drum'.

Actually, Donald Trump does kind of remind me of
a blaring trumpet or a banging drum!

Seriously, he is saying some good things,
but he doesn't have a lifelong record of conservative principles.
He has taken some very liberal positions over the years.

http://www.spanishdict.com/translate/rubio

Rubio is the Spanish word for "blond."
Obviously, Marco Rubio is not blond.  He is not what his name labels him to be.

Likewise, Marco Rubio is not conservative on immigration.
He's been saying all the right things on every other subject,
but his unfaithfulness on immigration
would undo ALL the good he might do in all other areas.

Speaking of unfaithfulness, there are 30 million church people who never vote!
That is a complete denial of stewardship!

There are plenty of good reasons, other than his name,
to vote for Ted Cruz.

As for me, I'm voting for the Cross!

Well now you've done it!

Every mention of CROSS CRUZ will get booted down here.
.
From henceforth the name CROSS CRUZ will be referred to as "THAT GUY"

I find it interesting how faith is playing into these elections.  From the left lack of.  From our Candidates who are men of faith.  With the exception of Trump and yes I can judge a mans lack of faith.  If you say you do not need Jesus then you aren't a Christian.  It is that simple.  Trump has said he has never asked for forgiveness.  That is what it takes to be a Christian to accept forgiveness for sin.

Interesting also was that a person in a Rubio event fell sick and Rubio led the place in prayer.  Now they are accusing him of planting that person.  Sick!  Come on.  I don't find anything that is not authentic about Rubio's faith in the Lord.  That is not a question to me.  What I do question is his ability to put our laws above his sympathy.  And I do talk about immigration a lot.  But that in no way affects my human compassion.  I still can have compassion for people of other countries. It is all about enforcing our laws for the good of our citizens.  We cannot continue to drain our resources.

Religion is not a primary issue in my selection of a candidate with one large exception. I could not ever support someone of no faith. Trump's position of never asking forgiveness is where Chosen Daughter and I certainly agree. He cannot be a Christian absent this important part of the religion. I could never support a Muslim, not because they may like faith, but their beliefs are in total conflict with our Constitution.

This actually exposes Trump for the sociopath he is.
He tried to steal a widows home, bilked investors of millions and never paid it back.
Not asking for forgiveness tells us he has no conscience, as in sociopath.
Not the kind of person we want leading the nation.

How compassionate would it be
for a rescue boat to take on
so many people from a shipwreck
that it sinks the rescue boat?
