The Quran tells the "believers" it doesn't matter what religion you are as long as you believe in the highest, one true God. It recommends "believers" to take in all sources from God, specifically the Torah and the Gospels.

Lo! Muslims, Jews, Christians, and Sabians - whoever believeth in God and the Last Day and doeth right - surely their reward is with their Lord, and there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve. Surah 2:62



Comparing the warring scriptures would be like comparing the Israelites and saying the stoning, killing and extermination of nonbelievers is an inherit trait in the religion of Jews and Christians. It was instructions for those times, for the people to follow from their prophet. The same is said about the Quran. Muhammad actually eliminated much polytheism and worship of gods and brought billions of people to the One God.

The scriptures of peace in religions is what stands throughout time.

The reasons for the conflict with Israel is similar to the conflict with Israel in the Bible. It's a dispute of inheritance and Muslims feel they are inherited to the land, which many would argue a portion does belong to them.

Some Muslims and Arabs hate America because of the armies that invaded their countries, and their innocent children and family being killed. This entices them to join CIA funded groups like Al Queda, and follow their lies that are not Quran based (such as 72 virgins and Jihad).

If these easily solved problems didn't exist we could have peace and not a holy war going on in this planet.

If people would quit living in the 7th century and join the world, there would be peace.

Oh, all the mayhem is about private property rights and invaders on foreign soil. I think not, your reasons are just a cunning way of rationalizing and morally justifying immoral actions. Most of the Muslim world (and others) have bought into this clever justification. Simply, mayhem has become socially acceptable. That's why you don't see any real outrage in the Muslim world.

The problem is, the Muslim religion, culture and society have found themselves in a time and place out of sync with the rest of the world. Nothing wrong with that, if they were peaceful. Unfortunately, a small minority of Muslims (Jihadists) are not peaceful and they want to bring the rest of the world into their "Twilight Zone" and nobody wants to go.

Yes 95% of the Muslim people are fine, decent people and just want to get along. The remaining 5%, incited by radical Mullah's, are causing the mayhem and when mayhem is morally justified, nothing is likely to change.

No insult to the Quran. Whatever great, noble and inspiring passages you cite...they are being overridden by moral justification and are therefore meaningless.

Another false argument. Where are all the "moderate" Muslims speaking out against the terrorists? I do not doubt there are many Muslims who do desire to live in peace, but they do not do anything to bring about reconciliation from their Muslim brothers and sisters. As for Israel and the land it inhabits. That particular piece of real estate has always been in play for whoever is there to take it at any point in time. The borders in all of the Middle East are about as firm as jello.
