We know Jesus was Jewish and if they are saying Jesus is Black then they are saying Jews are Black. Now with that being said and the Jews crucified Jesus then it's a Black on Black crime.....you know like in Chicago........

I have to disagree with you on this one Bronx. When Jesus was crucified the Jews didn't have the power to decree or carry out a death sentence. The Romans reserved that power to themselves and it was Pontius Pilate a Roman that sentenced Christ to the cross and the execution was carried out by Roman soldiers.

I have to disagree with you on this one Bronx. When Jesus was crucified the Jews didn't have the power to decree or carry out a death sentence. The Romans reserved that power to themselves and it was Pontius Pilate a Roman that sentenced Christ to the cross and the execution was carried out by Roman soldiers.

What the Jews did have was political clout. Enough so as to pressure Pilate to feel a sense of urgency to satisfy the bloodthirsty Pharisees and Sadducees, who were the religious leaders and power brokers within the Jewish populace.

Pilate had his hands full...he knew if there was more insurrection with the Jews there would be hell to pay with Rome.  He knew Jesus was innocent but he felt the pressure from the Jewish leaders to convict him.  One reason why he washed his hands of the matter.

Jewish leaders felt threaten by Jesus...he was gathering a following.  Just like today, its about power and money, same as it was back then.  If the Jewish leaders would lose the Jewish community to Jesus that would affect their revenue intact.  Same human fallacies back then as there are now...man hasn't changed much.

It had to be...and we should be grateful...other wise the alternative is an eternity of hell.    When the jews rejected their messiah...it opened up salvation for the heathen gentiles.   I'm grateful for that.

Nor was Jesus a Jew of any of the tribes of Israel. What and who He was was The Son of God, conceived though the body of a Jewish woman and nurtured by Jewish parents.
