Former Pope Speaks Out Against LGBT Agenda, Accuses of Conspiring to Silence Him

Pope Benedict XVI, who stepped down from the papacy in 2013, is making his opinions known about the LGBT agenda.

"A century ago, anyone would have thought it absurd to talk about homosexual marriage. Today those who oppose it are excommunicated from society," Benedict XVI said.

"It's the same thing with abortion and creating human life in the laboratory," he said while adding that it is "only natural" for Catholics to "fear the spiritual power of the Antichrist."

Benedict is making his voice heard through an authorized biography that was published today in his native Germany. The book, "Benedict XVI – A Life," also claims that a "malignant distortion of reality" has been at work against his teachings in recent years by Catholic officials desperate to subvert the faith.
