Saturday evening (April 23) mark the beginning of the Jewish Feast First Fruit which ended Sunday evening, it the first day after the first Sabbath of the Passover and since the Passover happen upon the Sabbath it was the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread.  First Fruit is the day that the Church should truly celebrate as Resurrection Sunday as it is the day that God ordained in the OT; Leviticus 23:9-14.  Paul even call Christ Resurrection the First Fruit, see              I Corinthians 15:20-23.  So even though many Christian celebrated Christ's Resurrection nearly a month ago on this day after the celebration of the First Fruit, let us remember how our Savior conquered death, when Jesus Christ rose from the dead nearly 2000 years ago.
