DEMOCRATS TO REMOVE GOD, GENDER-SPECIFIC LANGUAGE FROM COMMITTEE OATH

Ya can't make this shit up! My guess is they believe in God, but are afraid if they lie while invoking his name, will bring down Gods wrath on their Marxist asses..

House Democrats proposed to strike "so help you God" from witnesses' oaths before a major committee as part of their proposed rules package.

The current draft of the proposed House Committee on Natural Resources rules package replaces all gender-specific pronouns with "their," and substitutes committee "Chair" for "Chairman" in committee documents. The rules package also proposes that witnesses who testify before the committee be administered an oath bereft of any reference to faith or God and that adds the phrase "under penalty of law.

Some day they will meet a Higher law then they understand. Time is on God side as we all have to go some time. What I don't understand is they have insurance on their homes and cars but not on their souls.

In my view the democrats are getting very close to crossing the line on anti-Christianity messaging. Once they cross the line they will be in trouble for quite some time. It could very likely occur if Trump has the opportunity to appoint another SC justice and selects a female Christian. The democrats will then be backed into a corner.

Oh, they crossed the line alright, they just insulted ever person that ever took an oath to serve the country, or who entered the military.
Essentially what they're doing is invalidating everyone's service, as if to say, "You were a fool".
Pretty much what it tells the Nation is, "you really don't need us swearing on a book in Gods name, you can trust us".

Uhh sorry Marxists, but you have a horrible track record for trust. Nothing you've ever done was for the good of the country, Not One Damn Thing!!!

Hmm... Sounds like some of the new people coming in are call BS.

Don't remember where It was on the net. But it said about 30+ Dem's were very unhappy with what's going on in the House.
