I watched a special on tv last night. (One on One with Kirk Cameron) and watched this gentleman explain the Pilgrims and the memorial at Plymouth Rock.

Saw this video a few years back and there is a wellspring of knowledge within it about the degree to which the American Judeo Christian ethic governed every aspect of life among the early settlers.
Ask anyone you know about the monument at Plymouth Rock and i doubt very few will have the foggiest notion of what you're referring to.
So sad...
