Again the premise is a false one. She was not jailed because she believes in Christ or the Bible.

She was jailed because she chose to ignore a court order, and thus break the law.

The fact she's made the false claim, that it is her religious belief that tells her to do so.

Is irrelevant, as it's been shown time and time and time again.

There is zero Biblical foundation for outright disobedience to the legal/civil rules of our society.

Christ wasn't joking when he said, "Render to Cesar, what is Cesar's", that wasn't just some clever inside joke between him and the disciples.

And yes, if a Muslim did this, if a Muslim simply refused to obey the law, I would hope they'd jail them too.

Daniel did not obey the orders of the King of the Babylonian Empire.  He would not bow to their gods...... nor would he eat their food or drink their wine.  He was in direct disobedience to his earthly authority.  But he was in complete obedience to God.

God blessed him for doing that.  He closed the mouths of the lions when Daniel was thrown into the lions' den.

There are times when our earthly authority calls upon us to do something that is against God's law.  We not only have the right to disobey..... we have an obligation to God to disobey.  God's law is higher than any earthly law.  When in conflict, we follow God first.

There is no such thing as a valid gay marriage license, with or without a clerk's signature and there never will be.  The reason:  God would have to put His stamp of approval on it first; He is the one that instituted the union of marriage and made them male and female.  Man is foolish to take what God has instituted from the beginning and pervert it.  But it is the spirit of satan that is behind it all.  God did it right the first time and will never sanction anything that is an abomination to Him no matter what kind of laws man goes around trying to make.  God is not going to twist His own laws just to appease a wicked and perverse generation, which would be to their own destruction.  He's trying to save mankind not further their damnation.  Also, God is not the author of confusion.    Though hand join in hand the wicked shall not be unpunished.  I feel sorry for Mr. Bunning when he has to look in the fiery eyes of God and give an account of his actions on that dreadful day.   We better get ready...it's sooner than what we think.
