The Cohen Brothers are coming out with a new version of true grit and the trailer kicks ass. I am so looking forward to seeing it on the big screen.

Yeah, I heard about that.  Jeff Bridges is playing Rooster Cogburn, I believe.

I don't know about re-making True Grit.  That is definitely messing around with hallowed ground.

It's too bad that Hollywood is so full of brainless, uncreative twits, that all they can do is make movie versions of old TV shows, remakes of old movies, and politically motivated left-wing propaganda garbage.

Boy does that one stand out....My youngest went through a phase...everyday after school.  I knew all the songs by heart.  Even took her to a midnight showing for the re-release anniversary a few years back. :) :)
