As you all know we're looking for raw acreage in Idaho, but this piece caught my eye.

I kid you not, a 2400' long tunnel, somewhere in bumbfuck. But read the description, this has to be a one of a kind piece in history.

Tunnel is centrally located on a long narrow strip of privately owned property that measures 200 feet wide by seven miles long, and totals 165 acres. The tunnel itself is approximately 20 feet wide, 30 feet high, and 2,400 feet long, and contains about 50,000 square feet of underground floor space. The mountain ridge the tunnel passes through is made of basalt and the top of the ridge is 600 feet above the level of the tunnel.

This seven mile long property parallels a beautiful scenic river, a well maintained two lane paved highway, and has roughly two miles of actual river frontage. The countryside is sparcely populated farm and ranch land.

Access to tunnel from upper end of property is four miles of level, well graveled private road with a half mile long straight of way that could easily be widened into a private airstrip. Access to tunnel from lower end of property is three miles of level, well graveled private road. This access has two river crossings and the two large bridges are part of the property.

There is power on the property and inside the tunnel itself there is a warm water spring (70 degrees F.) that flows year round.

This is a very rare and unique property. If security and privacy are what you are looking for, it does not get any better than this.

This property is ready to be developed for a number of possible uses. Some of which might be: The ultimate prepper opportunity with room enough for a small community of people preparing for the worst of times. A secure storage facility for sensitive electronic equipment. 600 feet of solid rock above your head offers a lot of protection.

A wine, whiskey, or beer aging facility with room for thousands of barrels to be aged properly in a temperature and humidity controlled environment.

A private campground, retreat, or hunting camp. A lot of campers and trailers can fit on a property seven miles long.

A grow house of epic proportions. Be it for legally grown marijuana, mushrooms, or some exotic herbs that could be flown fresh daily to coastal cities and restaurants from your own private airstrip.

There are lots of possibilities here. What's your idea? Sellers are ready to talk.

Asking price $1,250,000. Sellers are motivated and will only disclose location, provide additional information and showings to verified, qualified buyers. Non disclosure agreement may be required. Sellers open to JV, trades and possible terms, along with substantial cash offers.
